Remote Online Process

Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment

Click here SCHEDULING PAGE, call or text to be scheduled. If self scheduling, select a convenient date and time on the calendar page for your remote notarization session. Provide the necessary details and our staff will contact you to confirm your appointment.

Step 2: Verify Your Identity

Prior to the scheduled appointment, ensure you have a valid government-issued ID and email us the document that needs to be notarized at info@Family1stNotary.com

Be prepared to answer a series of identity verification questions during the online session.

Step 3: Connect to the Online Session at the appointment time

At the scheduled time, log in to the designated online platform using the link provided in your confirmation email. Test your webcam, microphone, and internet connection to ensure a smooth session.

Step 4: Meet with the Notary

Our notary will greet you and guide you through the notarization process. Clearly display your ID to the webcam for identity verification. Follow the notary's instructions to sign and notarize the document electronically.

Step 5: Receive Your Notarized Document

After successful completion, the notary will securely affix their digital seal and signature to the document. Download the notarized document for your records.

Please note that depending on the document that needs to be notarized, your appointment should range from 15 minutes to 60 minutes.

Make sure to have a valid photo identification.

( If you have any questions or concerns about your identification, please contact us prior to the appointment. )

Sometimes, delays happen, please contact us if there is going to be a delaying the time the appointment will begin so we can plan accordingly.

Payment will be due at the time services are rendered unless there are circumstances where a portion may be due up front.

(ex. driving over 50 miles to an appointment. )
